Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of order
- Refunds include initial delivery charges, up to the cheapest delivery cost available for your country
- If you change your mind, you must pay the cost of return postage
- Return postage is free of charge where:
- the products are faulty or misdescribed
- a change to the product or terms
- delay in delivery due to events outside of our control
- You may lose the right to refund if:
- product have been used and are not fit for resale.
- any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
- If you wish to return our product, please use the returns link in your order email.
- Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
